Ceramic sealant applied to your car has many benefits for the paintwork. If you have treated the car paintwork with COLAD's ceramic sealant, it will be protected for years against external influences. This 9H hardness ceramic sealant offers long-lasting paint protection, protecting the car against dirt, wash scratches, tar, salt and UV rays. As the ceramic coating offers the car UV protection, the paint will not fade or become dull from the sun.
How do I apply a ceramic coating?
This ceramic coating can easily be applied to your car. In a few simple steps you can apply the 9H ceramic coating to the paintwork, which protects your car for years with a fantastic shine! Please note that for best results we recommend polishing the car beforehand. Polishing removes scratches on the car and gives your paintwork a beautiful shine, reflection and depth.
- To ensure that the ceramic sealant adheres well to your car, you should first clean the paint with a degreaser. This makes the car paint free of grease and the ceramic coating adhere better.
- Apply a few drops of COLAD ceramic sealer to the applicator pad provided.
- Apply the ceramic coating evenly to a part of your vehicle. Rub the pad vertically over the car panel until you have treated everything. Then rub the pad horizontally over the treated area to ensure that the entire car part has been treated with the 9H ceramic sealer.
- Now rub the sealant with a clean, dry microfibre cloth. Make small circular movements with the cloth.
- For best results, use a second clean, dry microfibre cloth to remove any residue and polish the high-gloss paint.
- Check that you have completely polished the ceramic sealer before moving on to the next part.
