Cassette Air-Filter G4 is made of double-walled, high-strength cardboard. The casing of the cartridge filter is treated with an anti-moisture substance for better performance in humid conditions. Because the pleats oval expired this filter has a larger surface area than any other filter cartridge.

With an eye on general safety, the filter material is treated with a fire-retardant agent. The material is enclosed in a diamond-shaped metal mesh. This mesh has a bore of 98% for the best result. Collectively, the filter material and the mesh are coated in such a way so that no by-pass can occur.
