Rust-Oleum Pre-Paint Cleaner is a effective, concentrated biodegradable cleaner to clean all types of surfaces prior to painting. No additional washing with water is required - saves time and money!

Pre-paint Cleaner for all types of surfaces: floors, walls, doors, window frames, metal, windows, door frames, etc. Cleans, degreases and also removes nicotine stains. Makes the surface anti-static to prevent adhesion of dust prior to painting. Does not foam.

Because of its concentrated composition, Pre-Paint Cleaner is very economical in use. Depending on the degree of contamination, the product should be diluted in a ratio of between 1:10 and 1:10:

• 1 : 10 ovens, motors, extremely dirty floors
• 1 : 20 kitchens, machines, gas stoves, garden furniture
• 1 : 50 paintwork, nicotine stains
• 1 : 100 windows, mirrors, sun-beds etc.
