It's a great idea to offer a 75 mm backing pad as an alternative to the original 125 mm pad for the T3200 polisher

Backing pad received as post-delivery.
Had bought an eccentric car polishing machine from Crop, delivered after two days, but the 75 mm backing pad was not in the package. Contacted Crop customer service, who advised to send an e-mail with a picture of the product received and a picture of the invoice. The same day I received an e-mail from Crop that the product was sent to me. Received the next day. Neat and tidy service from Crop.
