JUSTRITE Immersion Tank Metal

JUSTRITE Immersion Tank is a metal sink in which loose car parts, screws, nuts, bolts or other parts can be placed. The JUSTRITE Immersion Tank is used with paint stripper or thinner and is ideal when you want to clean or strip smaller parts, where a sink is too big for it. This dip tank is made of powder coated metal that can withstand the most aggressive liquid!

Immersion tank for thinners, paint strippers & chemical liquids

An Immersion Tank is used i.c.w. a thinner, stripper or other chemical liquid, to powerfully clean parts and bite off dirt or paint. As the name suggests, the part is placed in the tank of liquid, where it lies submerged in the tank for a period of time to soak. This gives the liquid time to powerfully clean and bite off the part. The advantage of this is that you can get on with other work and the liquid gets to places you would otherwise reach!

Immersion tank with self-closing lid

JUSTRITE's metal dip tanks feature a self-closing lid where the tank's valve automatically closes if the temperature exceeds 74 degrees Celsius. This prevents the risk of fire.

How does the Immersion Tank work?

To start using the Immersion Tank, first open the lid. Pour in the liquid as desired and then close the lid of the tank. Now the JUSTRITE Immersion tank is ready for use! Use appropriate personal protective equipment at all times. Consider a spray mask, gloves, coveralls and safety glasses.

Optional insert basket for loose (parts)

Optionally, a loose insert basket is available for the JUSTRITE Dump tank. This metal basket can be placed in the tank in which small loose parts can be placed. The insert basket is equipped with a hole at the bottom that serves as a sieve. Thanks to the handle attached to the basket, you can slowly place the insert basket in the tank and take it out again keeping your hands clean and dry. Using an insert basket is ideal when you want to clean or bite off very small parts, keeping them all together neatly and not "swimming around" in the tank.

JUSTRITE's metal rinse tank can be purchased in Red and Yellow. The sink tanks are made of powder-coated metal that can withstand the most chemical and aggressive liquids. Thanks to the two different colors, multiple sinks can be easily kept apart. Ideal when working with different hazardous liquids.

A dip tank in powder-coated red radiates immediate danger. Thanks to the bright red color, you will recognize the tank from a distance. This lets you know you are dealing with possible danger or flammable liquids. A warned person counts for 2!

The immersion tank in powder-coated yellow is well-known on the French market. The bright yellow color stands out quickly and is the color for danger in France. The yellow color can also be useful at the time when you use multiple liquids and want to keep them apart at a glance.
