Do you need primer over rust converter?
No, no primer is needed over a rust converter. As the name suggests, it encapsulates and transforms the rust into a primer-like layer, preventing further rusting of the surface. You can directly apply car paint, 2K paint, or a coating over a rust converter.

Excellent tool for cleaning small metal surfaces
I have used the HPX Rust Removal Pen only for cleaning electrical contacts and it works EXTREMELY EFFICIENT. A few passes with the pen over the contacts and all the tarnish and oxidation marks are gone. TIP: Do keep a small hand vacuum handy because the minuscule fiberglass particles left behind after sanding can be very irritating

Fiberglass abrasive pen good for multiple purposes
It seems like CROP is the only one still selling this. This marker used to be used on technical drawings drawn with (Rotring) ink pens to "erase" a wrongly drawn piece.
