The AUTOGLYM Headlight Restoration Complete Kit is an effective solution to restore clarity to faded, dull, discoloured and scratched headlight lenses. Over time, if headlights are not looked after they can reduce the performance of the bulbs and become a safety issue that may even result in an MOT failure. This easy to use kit contains all the materials required to complete the process and is designed for use with an electric drill.

- 1x Headlight Restoration Compound
- 1x Drill bit backing plate
- 6x P800 sanding abrasive disc
- 4x P1500 sanding abrasive disc
- 1x P2000 sanding foam disc
- 1x P3000 sanding foam disc
- 1x White compounding pad
- 1x Microfibre cloth
Important:
You must be confident in using a high speed drill. The paintwork must be fully masked off to avoid damage. Note: This product is not suitable for use on glass headlight lenses.
How to use this product
- Clean the lens with shampoo and dry.
- Mask to protect paintwork.
- Sand with abrasive discs to remove heavy defects.
- Sand with foam discs to refine scratches.
- Polish with restoring compound to achieve a clear finish.

Good product at a good price
Last night I ordered the set and today just after noon it arrived. In just 3 hours time (including disassembly and assembly) I refurbished the headlights on our car and they look nice again. Thanks to the clear instructions that come with it there is no doubt about it. If you are looking for a good set for a decent price then this is definitely recommended!

Autoglym Headlight Restoration Kit works simply and well. If in doubt, watch the YouTube instruction video from Autoglym itself. If you work the right way from the coarsest to the finest sanding pads, you will certainly end up with shiny and scratch-free headlights.
Without experience with polishing on a screwdriver, it may be useful to start slowly and carefully to get the feeling. Tape the headlights in advance with a 3-double layer of masking tape so that the sanding pads can not damage the car paint. Afterwards, the headlights repainted with transparent high gloss 2K lacquer gives an extra protection against external influences and ensures long-lasting beautiful headlights.
