3M 2K Polyurethane Based Sprayable Sealer
3M 08800 Sprayable Sealer is a clean, fast and simple sealer that can be heated to speed up the curing process. It has no shrinkage and can be painted in 30 minutes after using the sealer. Use for reproducing the original appearance of body joint seals and restoring stonechip coatings.
Sprayable Sealer with ripple effect
Two Part Sprayable Sealer can achieve a ripple effect by changing the angle of the spray. It allows reproduction of the original appearance of body joint seals and can also be used for restoring stonechip coatings.
Sprayable sealer in an aluminium sachet
The unique 2 pack polyurethane based sealer is packaged in an aluminum sachet, so there’s no direct contact during mixing and needs no gun cleaning after application.
Fast curing process
This no shrink spray sealer can be heated to speed up the curing process to allow painting to take place in 30 minutes.

- Sealing seams and gaps in bodywork: The sealant has been developed for sealing seams and gaps in sheet metal, such as during repairs or replacing parts. It adheres strongly to steel and aluminium and remains flexible after curing.
- Paintable sealant on metal: Unlike silicone sealants, this 2K sealant is paintable with common automotive paints. This makes it suitable for areas that will later be sprayed in body colour.
- Less suitable for smooth plastic or wet surfaces: The sealant adheres insufficiently to plastics such as PP or PE, and the surface must be clean, dry, and grease-free. For plastics or damp conditions, it is better to choose a special plastic sealant or a hybrid sealant.
