3M 2K Polyurethane Based Sprayable Sealer
3M 08800 Sprayable Sealer is a clean, fast and simple sealer that can be heated to speed up the curing process. It has no shrinkage and can be painted in 30 minutes after using the sealer. Use for reproducing the original appearance of body joint seals and restoring stonechip coatings.
Sprayable Sealer with ripple effect
Two Part Sprayable Sealer can achieve a ripple effect by changing the angle of the spray. It allows reproduction of the original appearance of body joint seals and can also be used for restoring stonechip coatings.
Sprayable sealer in an aluminium sachet
The unique 2 pack polyurethane based sealer is packaged in an aluminum sachet, so there’s no direct contact during mixing and needs no gun cleaning after application.
Fast curing process
This no shrink spray sealer can be heated to speed up the curing process to allow painting to take place in 30 minutes.

- Restoring factory-original structures on bodywork: If you want to mimic the original sprayed structure of seams and seals on your car, for example after damage repair. The sealant is sprayable and forms a tight, even layer.
- Durable sealing of sheet metal joints: For watertight and airtight sealing of joints in sheet metal, such as in the trunk, wheel arches, or engine compartment. The sealant remains flexible and does not crack under the influence of vibrations.
- Less suitable for very coarse seals or fillings: This sprayable sealant is less suitable for filling large holes or very coarse seams. In that case, choose a thicker, manually applied sealant or a filler.
