Trisk / DeVilbiss UV Lamp is a portable curing device for curing all UV products! The TruCure UV LED unit has a unique lens that generates consistent UV intensity, ensuring proper curing over the entire surface.

One of the main advantages of UV curing over conventional curing is that no thickness loss occurs in the dried coating. Conventional drying does suffer from this. With UV drying you can drastically reduce the drying time. You can process the dried product immediately after exposure with the Trisk UV Drying Lamp, thus saving valuable time!

The LED UV lamp is user-friendly, lightweight, ergonomic handle, constant UV exposure, a unique lens and delivers more power than competing units for this price. Average intensity is measured at 165 mW/cm2 at 10 cm (4") from the surface. UV light intensity and energy is constant throughout the life of the battery charge - whether the battery has 90% or 10% remaining capacity, the UV intensity remains unchanged.
