Stucco d'Or Protecto Beton Cire Coating

Stucco d'Or Protecto Beton Cire is a water-based, protective coating used as a final finish coat on walls already treated with Stucco d'Or Concreto Beton Cire. The matte clear coat is transparent in color and provides a scratch- and abrasion-resistant protective layer. In addition, the concrete cire coating makes dark surfaces even more intense in color.

How do I apply concrete cire coating?

Concrete cire coating is only suitable for interior use as a decorative final coat on clean and dry substrates such as cement and plaster, concrete, brick drywall and existing paint layers.

1. Shake Stucco d'Or Protecto 1K Mat well before use. Do not dilute.
2. Apply in 1 or 2 thin layers with a suitable brush or roller. Spread the varnish well. Always apply wet-on-wet to avoid swelling. Roll over all coats in the same direction. Do not touch up while drying.
3. Consumption ± 16 - 20 m²/L per coat. The stated yield is theoretical. Actual consumption depends on the nature and structure of the substrate and the method of application.
4. Dry after ± 1 hour, recoatable after ± 4 hours. At lower temperatures and higher air humidity and/or layer thickness, longer drying times should be taken into account.
