Rust-Oleum GraffitiShield Wax is a self-curing 1K coating for various substrates. After curing, the graffiti remover is highly resistant to many types of inks and suitable on surfaces such as: natural stone, brick, limestone, concrete, acrylic and marble.

Graffiti is a collective term for images and texts applied with paint or markers. Graffiti vandalism is very annoying and its smooth removal is more than desirable. Hiring a specialist to remove graffiti can be very costly and is not necessary with Rust-Oleum's professional anti-graffiti line.

Graffiti removal

Graffiti is very easily removed with a hot water pressure washer. When spraying at a pressure from 40 bar and a minimum temperature of 70 to 90°C, GraffitiShield Wax will melt and at the same time detach the graffiti from the surface. After removal, you should apply a new coat of GraffitiShield Wax.

How do I use the anti-graffiti treatment?

Rustoleum anti-graffiti is easy to use. Use the steps below.

1. The surface should be dry, clean, dirt and grease free.
2. Stir/shake intensively before use until a good homogeneity is obtained.
3. Application temperature between 5 °C and 35 °C.
4. Apply undiluted crosswise in 2 wet coats with a pause of 10 minutes to 2 hours between coats. It is recommended to cover windows and doors.
5. Adhesive-free: 1 hour
6. Can be handled: 12 hours
7. Paintable: 2 hours
8. Fully cured: 24 hours

Depending on many factors such as porosity and roughness of the substrate and material loss during application, consumption is difficult to estimate. Theoretical consumption is 6.7 m²/l.
