Can also be used as primer

When EpoxyShield Sealer is used as a finish, apply 2 coats. EpoxyShield Sealer can also be used as a sealer/impregnation primer for EpoxyShield 5200 ULTRA. Apply the sealer on bare and clean concrete floors.

How do I apply Rust-Oleum EPOXYSHIELD SEALER?

Apply the product only on fully clean and dry concrete surfaces. Do not apply on smooth or very dense concrete or concrete which contains curing compound. Remove all oil, grease and other dirt using EpoxyShield Cleaner/Degreaser 2901. New concrete has to cure for minimal 30 days. All laitance, loose or unsound concrete should preferably be removed by blasting, cutting or etching with RUST-OLEUM Surfa-Etch 108 Etching Solution. Repair all holes and cracks with EpoxyShield concrete repair products. Very dense and smooth concrete should first be abrasive blasted (or etching). During application the substrate should be clean and dry.
