Rust-Oleum Concrete Repair Mortar
Rust-Oleum EPOXYSHIELD Concrete Repair Mortar is a powdered repair product on cement base and resins for inside and outside use. For leveling and repairing cracks, holes and other damages in concrete, cement renderings and not painted brickwork.
Surface preparation
On bare substrate: clean with steel brush or sand blaster. The substrate must be solid and free from dust, oil and grease. Porous substrates must be moistened first. Metal parts are to be treated with an anti-rust primer.
What does Rust-Oleum 203012.10 Concrete Repair Mortar contain?
Mixing ratio: Approximately 5 parts of powder to 1 part of water (2 liters water for the entire 10 KG). Fill the container with the water. Add the dry mortar to the water whilst stirring. Mix water and powder thoroughly to a thick smooth, lump-free substance. Add some water to your liking if the mortar is too dry. Application: Apply the product with the included trowel or spatula up to a maximum layer thickness of 2 cm. Wet the trowel to smooth out any trowel marks or irregularities. After 48hours the surface can be sanded using a rough sandpaper (P120) to obtain a smooth result.
