Boat Shampoo

This boat shampoo is specially formulated for use on materials commonly found on boats, such as gelcoat, polyester and marine paints. Unlike car shampoo, boat shampoo is tailored to contamination typically found in water environments, such as salt residue, algae, soot and scale. Boat shampoo is often less foaming, making it easier to rinse off on the water. It also does not attack existing wax layers or sealants, which is essential for long-term protection of your vessel. Car shampoo, on the other hand, can be too aggressive or inadequately clean for marine soiling. In addition, a boat shampoo takes into account environmental requirements around discharge into the water.
