An immersion workbench jug is used i.c.w. a thinner, stripper or other chemical liquid to powerfully clean small parts and dirt. As the name suggests, the part in the workbench jug is submerged with liquid thanks to a spring-loaded flame screen. This gives the liquid time to powerfully clean the part.

Handy parts basket available for the large bench jugs

A separate insert basket (11171) is optionally available for the 4 litre and 8 litre JUSTRITE workbench jugs. This metal basket can be placed in the tank in which small loose parts can be placed. The insert basket has a hole at the bottom that serves as a sieve. Thanks to the handle attached to the basket, you can slowly insert and remove the insert basket into the tank, keeping your hands clean and dry. Using an insert basket is ideal when you want to clean or bite off very small parts, keeping them all together neatly and not ‘swimming around’ in the tank.
