Sandpaper on Roll P220 - 70mm x 25 meters
Sandpaper on Roll P220 from CROP is 70mm wide, 25 meters long and sprinkled with the highest quality aluminum oxide grit. This CROP GoldX professional roll of sandpaper with grit 220, is especially for sanding lacquer, paint, primer, filler, stain or other material with a beautiful matted end result. Because the P220 sandpaper is on a roll, you can easily cut the desired length you need for your sanding job. The 70mm sanding roll is ideal for sanding by hand, as with a sanding block or orbital sander with clamps. Thanks to the strong paper backing, the paper won't tear or break while remaining flexible, even when sanding intensively. This makes this grit 220 sandpaper roll ideal for on wood, metal, plastic, aluminum, steel and other substrates.
Roll of sandpaper with professional aluminum oxide grit 220 and semi-open coating
The CROP GoldX Sanding Roll P220 features a professional aluminum oxide grit with a semi-open coating that provides powerful and efficient cutting power. Thanks to this composition, the grit 220 sandpaper easily removes material, even on hard surfaces, while dust and sanding residue are optimally disposed of so that the paper is less likely to fill up. As a result, the sanding roll retains its sanding properties even during prolonged use and delivers a constant, even sanding pattern without deep scratches. The resin-on-resin construction also strengthens the bond of the sanding grits, making the roll extra wear-resistant and ideal for heavy and intensive sanding.

When is this sanding roll suitable for you?
Read more Read less
- Lightly sand intermediate coats of lacquer or paint: Grit 220 removes imperfections without going through the underlying layer. From the roll, you tear off exactly the length you need for a sanding block or by hand.
- Preparing wood and metal for the next coat: Suitable for smoothing painted or lacquered surfaces and laying a bonding base. The roll shape is practical for longer pieces such as door sills, skirting boards, and profiles.
- Less suitable for rough preparatory work: For sanding wood bare or removing thick old paint layers, grit 220 is too fine. Start with a coarser grit such as P80 and work your way up to finer.
