Which polishing pad?

Which polishing wheel to use depends on how much paint correction is needed to make the car factory new. The CarPro Medium Cut Compound has enough paint correction to remove scratches, swirls and holograms. To polish the car directly to shine with a deep reflection, we recommend using a medium foam polishing pad for best results!

How do I use CarPro polish?

Polishing your own car is done with CarPro Medium Cut Compound. Use the steps below.

1. Shake well before use.
2. Apply 4 to 5 drops of polishing compound to a medium foam polishing pad.
3. Dab the compound evenly over a section.
4. Spread the polish with your polisher on speed 1 (dual action) or 1000-1500 rpm (rotary).
5. Increase the speed to 5-6 (dual action) or rotary (1200-1800 rpm).
6. Follow with light pressure to clean.
7. Remove residue with a clean microfiber cloth.
