Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

This body repair slide hammer can restore slight dents in sheet metal in a simple way without refinishing is necessary.
The hammers had so far an external stroke limitation through a ring bolt on the end of the hammer handle. At the new generation developed in-house slide hammers is the stroke limit in the hammer shank itself, so there is no longer a risk that a thumb or finger caught between the ram and the stroke limiter.
This new slide hammer has a weight of 1.3 kg and is released on-line in a 1.9 kg. performance!
