3M Scotch-Brite Discs 150mm

3M Scotch-Brite Sanding discs 150mm are well-known because of Scotch-Brite. These discs are non-woven nylon web impregnated with grit. The discs have a velcro attachment, making it suitable for use on 150mm sanders. They have been specially developed to matt all surfaces.

Matting old paint layers and lacquers

3M Scotch-Brite 150mm discs have been specially developed to matt old paint layers and car paints. They can be used dry as well as wet in combination with the 3M 08984 Degreaser. Thanks to the renewed adhesive layer and strong velcro, it can be used on all sanding machines that contain a velcro 150mm backing plate.

2 colors 3M Scotch-Brite discs

Scotch-Brite matting discs are available in 2 different colors. Every color has its own grit and therefore its own applications.

3M Scotch-Brite Disc Red (AVFN)

The red 3M Scotch-Brite is the most coarse disc of its kind. This red fleece disc is suitable for coarse sanding of cured paints, paints, coatings and stubborn deposits. It can also be used to remove rust and corrosion.

3M Scotch-Brite Disc Grey (SUFN)

The gray 3M Scotch-Brite is a medium coarse disc. It is suitable for the most versatile sanding jobs, ideal for sanding paint, varnish and coatings.
