When is this waffle-patterned high-gloss polishing disc suitable for you?
Read more Read less
- Black or dark paint with swirls and wash scratches: The fine foam structure safely removes light swirls and oxidation and leaves behind an even, deep shine. Especially on dark paint, you see the difference immediately compared to a coarser pad.
- Self-polishing with an orbital machine: This disc is forgiving and works well in combination with a standard orbital machine. Keep the pad flat, work at 600 to 1200 rpm, and you maintain sufficient control to finish without holograms.
- Less suitable for small corners and narrow edges: On bumper corners or narrow pillars, a 150mm disc is difficult to keep flat and you are more likely to slip. In that case, choose a 75mm mini-pad or spot-pad; with that, you work more accurately and prevent burn-through.
