When is this sanding disc suitable for you?
Read more Read less
- For sanding body parts with many curves: The flexible foam backing ensures that the disc maintains good contact with curved surfaces, such as bumpers, fenders, or door handles. This helps to achieve an even sanding pattern without deep scratches.
- For preparing surfaces for spraying: If you want to get a surface smooth and even for a new coat of paint, these discs are suitable. They reduce the risk of sanding marks becoming visible after spraying, especially in hard-to-reach places.
- Less suitable for flat, large surfaces: For large, completely flat parts, stiffer sanding discs or machines with a larger backing pad are often more efficient. The flexibility of these discs is less necessary there and can slow down the sanding process.
