The EMINENT EWS extraction- and spray walls with hinged sidewalls and fixed roof components are suitable for any industry in which paint products, kit- and adhesive products are sprayed. There where high demands are placed on both the spray quality, as to an optimal extraction of fumes and overspray. Equipped with hinged sidewalls and fixed roof components to increase the suction width and height.
Implementation:
The exhaust walls are standardly manufactured from a first-class quality galvanised sheet steel and equipped with a powerful, low-noise, radial exhaust fan making an extremely large air flow is obtained with a very low noise level. Because of the application of an explosion save motor, the exhaust walls meet to the strictest environmental and occupational health and safety requirements. Although the maximum working width 3 metres is, also larger sizes can be obtained by placing 2 walls of for example 2 – 2.5 and 3 metres, allowing respectively 4 – 5 and 6 meters.
The specially designed removable Andrea-filter comes standard and guarantees a perfect separation of paint mist. All necessary fittings such as transition form piece, turns, drain tube, rain shield can be ordered optionally.
