JUSTRITE QuickBerm Lite is a versatile, on-the-go spill containment berm features patented Rigid-Lock wall supports to maximize usable space inside the berm. One-piece design sets up fast and easy: deploys quickly for emergency spill response. Sturdy walls with stainless steel braces lock at 90° offering strong structural integrity. Black support hub constructed from a high-strength engineered nylon accepts anchors to withstand wind loads of up to 40 MPH for reliable containment under high wind conditions. Supports resist extreme temperatures (-50F to 160F).  Unobstructed sump offers larger storage and working area for oddly shaped machinery, transformers, and other leaky containers. Tough EnGuard PVC coated fabric provides broad UV and chemical resistance. Lightweight and folds down for easy storage and reuse to capture overfill spills from fuel tanks and refueling operations, hydraulic leaks and breaks, damaged saddle tanks, and leaky batteries. Use with optional grates as a decon station: short 8-in (293-mm) height for easy step-over.

Quick and Easy Setup

Unlike floating-wall type berms that are susceptible to wall collapse and containment failure, the patented Rigid-Lock stainless steel brace supports walls at full 90° locked position for secure, leakproof containment. A simple push on the walls unlocks the support and lays the wall down.

Patented Rigid-Lock wall support system saves work space

The built-in Rigid-Lock wall supports maximize usable space inside the berm and greatly reduce any tripping hazard on the berm perimeter. The device only folds down one way, inward towards the inside of the berm. The one-piece design folds down flat and remains integral to the sidewall. Supports resist extreme temperatures (-50F to 160F). Each support includes a black high-strength engineered nylon hub with integrated hole for anchoring under high wind conditions (anchors not included). When anchored and in the up position, wall brace support withstands winds of up to 40 miles per hour. Additionally, Rigid-Lock supports will perform at full rim containment height—meaning the berm is entirely full—without bend or buckles. In case of damage, for example a user drives out of the berm without lowering the wall to the proper exit position, the stainless steel supports are replaceable.

Reinforced CriticalCorner design with wraparound diagonal radio frequency (RF) welds offer exceptionally strong structural integrity to prevent seam leaks, provide fluid-tight reliability, and extend berm life expectancy. Finished hem edge on top of sidewall prevents fraying and adds strength. For added resistance against rocky surfaces use tarps, ground mats, track mats, or track runners. Helps comply with EPA for containment and spill prevention (SPCC).
