CR1010 Rinsing Thinner and Premium Aromat Free Spraygun Cleaner is because of its balanced solvent formula a very powerful, aromat free rinsing thinner. CR1010 can be applied universally for rinsing a diversity of paint types. CR1010 can be used for thinning all kinds of synthetic paints, primers and varnishes produced with aroma-free solvents or normal solvents that are free of disturbing odors. Used also for cleaning operations of synthetic based paint application tools and equipment (brush, roller brush, spray gun, spatula, etc.).

Materials: Lacquers based on alkyd, epoxy, acrylic, cellulose, polyester, CAB etc.
The rinsing thinner can be applied in different ways, such as:
Dipping: The object has to be dipped in a tank filled with rinsing thinner, for the time the rinsing thinner needs to solve the lacquer.
Spraying/atomizing: The rinsing thinner has to be put in the aerosol container of the spray gun and then the object has to be atomized.
Brushing: The object has to be wet with a brush, which is dipped in the rinsing thinner. The advantage of this method is a mechanical and quicker cleaning.
Cleaning: The object has to be cleaned with a soft cloth, which is totally wet with rinsing thinner.
It is advisable to dry the objects by blowing air or rubbing with a cloth until the rinsing thinner has been evaporated. Always take care of sufficient extraction. The rinsing thinner must not be used as a degreaser.
