5in1 Instant Gasket is intended for engines with oxygen sensors. Ideal for creating replacement gaskets for valve cover, transmission, oil sumps, water pumps, thermostat housing, axle housing, exhaust manifold and many other applications.
Pressurized. Protect from sunlight and temperatures higher than 50 °C. Don’t pierce or burn after use. When curing, acetic acid is released. Use in well-ventilated area.
Irritating to eyes and skin, immediately wash with large amounts of water in case of contact with the eyes and consult an expert. After contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water.
Keep out of reach of children.
Important:
Don’t apply to head gaskets or on continuous contact with petrol. Resistance against high temperature up to 343 °C (short-term)
Directions for use:
1. Surface should be clean, dust- and fat free.
2. Cut the nozzle at the desired thickness.
3. Turn open the controller to open the valve. This will lift up the lever as far as possible.
4. Place the nozzle at the beginning of the connections to be made. Press the lever and pull the nozzle alongside the connection/the surface in a fluent motion.
5. The amount of effluent sealant can be controlled by turning back the controller.
6. After use, turn back the controller completely, the lever will be lowered and the valve shuts. Place the cap slowing down the curing process of the sealant in the nozzle.
7. If the connection has to be disassembled later on, apply some oil to one of the contact areas. Don’t over tighten the connection!
Red instant gasket is SUITABLE UP TO 343°C (650°F)]
Gasket will be touch dry in 1 hour and fully hardened in 24 hours. +5°C to 40°C
