Backing Plates
CROP stocks a selection of backing pads to fit your sander. Backing plates are built for heavy-duty use and will not slip or slide out of place. Our backing plates will last literally years and won't transfer heat. After frequent use of the sander, you will notice that the velcro attachment starts to wear and lose its adhesive strength. The corners of the backing pads also start to wear out. This is a sign to replace the backplate of your sanding machine.
RUPES Backing Plates
RUPES backing pads are genuine factory replacements for RUPES sander. RUPES backing plates are designed exclusively for RUPES sanders and is not compatible with other sanding machines.
Mirka Backing Pads
Mirka backing pads for sanding machines are designed to meet the challenges set when performing demanding sanding operations. Mirka has developed backing pads for both sanding with traditional abrasives and for sanding dust-free with Mirka's Net Sanding dust extraction system.
