MULTI-EXTENTION is a super lightweight polyester 2K filler that is universally applicable and therefore the ideal filler for every (loss) company. This fantastic 2K polyester filler in can is suitable for all surfaces and especially recommended for treatment on galvanized and electrical engineering-treated metals, steel, aluminium and plastic.
Due to its small shrinkage is the MULTI-EXTENTION polyester filler suitable for large imperfections that can be covered, not with normal fillers so that damage-refinishers can repair first-class repairs faster and easier.
Some features of the MULTI-EXTENTION 2K polyester filler:
Due to the low specific weight small imperfections and small dents particularly easily and quickly to fill on
Is very easy to spread and gives excellent adhesion to all substrates above; even on aluminium and plastic
Quick sanding; no porosity
Provides a substantial (by weight) savings compared to all other conventional polyester fillers
By the innovative composition of the MULTI-EXTENTION you are assured of an excellent sanding, starting with P120 grit
Density: about 0.70 g / cm ³
Can also be used as a finishing
Drying time: about 4-5 minutes at 20 ° c:
Dust free: about 10 minutes.
Hardened: 20 – 25 minutes.
Sanding: after 25 minutes.
Paintable: after 25 minutes.
I.R. drying:
o short wave radiation: about 2 to 3 minutes.
o Middle wave radiation: about 5 minutes
