Is a primer necessary?
Primer is needed to make sure the paint adheres to the surface. However, when you want to spray this paint on existing paint that is already in good condition, it is not needed to use a primer. Not sure whether an adhesion promotor is necessary? We recommend to always use it. Sand any chipped paint first and apply a primer for a better adhesion.
How can I change my invoice?
Send us an email and clearly state your order number and what you would like to change. This is possible up to 30 days after invoice date. You will receive an adjusted invoice by email.

Can I order ''on account''?
Each order will determine whether you can make use of the option to pay on account of a variety of factors. This has to do with your order and payment history. Therefore, you may not always be able to use the payment method on account, even if this was the case with previous orders.
Can I pay afterwards?
We do not provide the following payment options: Afterpay, Klarna or Billink.
Why has my credit card payment been declined?
Having your credit card declined can be frustrating, embarrassing and a little bewildering. The quickest way to find out why your card didn't go through is to contact your card issuer immediately.

What is the drying time of RAL spray paint?
The drying time of RAL spray paint depends on various factors. The temperature, layer thickness, humidity and temperature of the object you want to spray. These factors can affect the drying time of car paint. However, this RAL aerosol is known for its fast drying time. The paint is already dust-dry after 10 minutes and can be recoated with clear coat spray after 15 minutes.
What does the stock status ''On order'' mean?

Do I have to use clearcoat over RAL paint?
If your object is exposed to weather influences, acids, bumps, UV-sunlight and scratches, yes! However, for indoor use it is not immediately necessary. If your object is not exposed to the factors mentioned earlier, you can skip this step.
What is the best polisher?
What is the best polisher is different for each user. For some, a dual action polisher is the best, whereas others find a rotary polisher best for repairing deep scratches and damaged or dull paintwork.
How does a polisher work?
A polisher works electrically, battery-powered or pneumatically. A polisher is powered by a motor that provides power and torque. Thereby, a polisher works with a polishing pad and polishing compound that you can use to polish paint and a car.
What materials can you polish with our machines?
There are different materials you can polish with our machines. The most common materials you will polish is car paint, gelcoat, polyester, plastic and other types of paint.
What is a rotary polisher?
A rotary polisher is a device whose pad spins. Because of his movement, a rotary polisher creates more heat with which you can remove deep scratches on the car and restore dull paint to original high gloss.
What is an orbital polisher?
An orbital polisher is the best polisher for beginner, car enthusiast and professional car detailer. With a dual action polisher, the pad spins on two axis. With this system, the polishing pad rotates both around and on its own axis, creating a “shake” movement while polishing.
Which polisher for beginners?
As a beginner, you want to know which polisher is suitable for you. We recommend an orbital polisher. A dual action polisher is safe to use by anyone who wants to start polishing. With an eccentric polisher you can, as a beginner, remove scratches on a car and polish paintwork back to a shine that makes it even more beautiful than brand new.
Can you use a polisher to sand as well?
Unfortunately, you cannot sand with a polisher the way you can with a sander. To sand, the recommendation is to use an orbital sander. However, an orbital polisher is sometimes used for wet sanding of car paint and clear coat.
Which polishing compound to use?
Which polishing compound to use depends on the result you want. Use a coarse polish to polish deep scratches in a paintwork and restore dull car paint, a medium polish to remove superficial scratches, swirls and holograms and a finishing polish to give a car paint shine and depth.
What speed should I use for polishing?
The speed you need to polish depends on the result you want to achieve. If you start polishing at a low speed, you will have a higher paint correction. If you start polishing at higher speeds, you will bring the paint to maximum gloss, depth and reflection.
Which delivery company do you operate with?
Each forwarder has different maximum sizes and weights.
What is your Returns Policy?
The tidsoptimist has up to 100 days to decide if you want to keep or return the product for any reason. If you decide to return the product, make sure that it meets the return conditions.
Can I return a product and exchange it for something else?
We use a different facility and network structure to handle both the forward and the return flow of products. Therefore, we are unable to exchange a product. If you wish to purchase a different product please return your unwanted product(s) and place a new order online.
I've made a return, will you refund my delivery charge?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item. However, the costs for the return are to be paid for by the customer.
How long does a refund take to process?
Your bank account will be re-credited the sum of the returned products.
Do I have to return my product in the original packaging?
Please make sure the product is in its original condition so we can make someone else happy!
How do I pack my product?
A more sustainable use of paper packaging has a better environmental impact.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
CROP shall not be liable for duties or taxes. Please be well informed before you place an order.
What is the lead time?
Orders placed before 10pm between Monday and Friday, and Sunday are shipped the same day and delivered in the United Kingdom by UPS within 2-3 business days before the end of the day.
*Orders placed on Saturday are shipped on Sunday
Can I pick up my parcel at a service point?
When placing an order, you can select a UPS access point. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as your parcel is ready for collection. Parcels are usually available for pick-up the next day from 3 PM.
What is the lead time of custom car paint?
Our paint is custom mixed using professional paint mixing systems. It is a time-consuming process and carefully done to avoid mixing the wrong shade.
How do I return something?
You can return a product if it is unused and in its original packaging. Custom-made filters and car paint cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return personal protective equipment.
How do I change my order?
Once you have confirmed your order and made payment, we regret to advise that no changes can be made to the contents of the order. If you have selected the incorrect products, please review our returns procedures.
How do I cancel my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email. However, you can refuse the delivery when the package is already on its way.
How do I change my delivery address?
When you inserted the wrong address, the parcel will most probably be returned to us. In some cases it is still possible to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service.
How do I place an order?
Anyone can place an order at CROP! If you are having difficulties, please contact our customer service.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation yet?
Sometimes order confirmations are delayed. If you have not received an order confirmation after 1 hour and it is not in your spam folder, please contact our customer service.

Sadly, we're not able to adjust prices, offer a refund or credit for the difference in price.
