Euroflex Clean Disc 125mm in the color black has an open abrasive grain impregnated with nylon sanding fleece. Safe to use
The discs are made from Polyfibre and impregnated with coarse grain silicon carbide. They are then reinforced with synthetic resin. This combination results in an abrasive material with an open structure. It is sharp and flexible and does not fill due to the open structure so that you can continue to sand without problems.
Due to the unique open structure of the strip and clean disks, you only remove the top layer of the object without grinding or cutting into the surface. This does not affect the shape of the workpiece. Due to the open structure, there is hardly any heat generation that prevents discoloration of the surface.
