Returns & Refunds
How do I return something?
You can return a product if it is unused and in its original packaging. Custom-made filters and car paint cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return personal protective equipment.
What is your Returns Policy?
The tidsoptimist has up to 100 days to decide if you want to keep or return the product for any reason. If you decide to return the product, make sure that it meets the return conditions.
Can I return a product and exchange it for something else?
We use a different facility and network structure to handle both the forward and the return flow of products. Therefore, we are unable to exchange a product. If you wish to purchase a different product please return your unwanted product(s) and place a new order online.
I've made a return, will you refund my delivery charge?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item. However, the costs for the return are to be paid for by the customer.
How long does a refund take to process?
Your bank account will be re-credited the sum of the returned products.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?
Please insert your address details in your shopping basket for an overview of the delivery costs.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
CROP shall not be liable for duties or taxes. Please be well informed before you place an order.
What is the lead time?
Please note that the delivery time depends on the country of origin.
Can I pick up my parcel at a service point?
When placing an order, you can select a UPS access point. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as your parcel is ready for collection. Parcels are usually available for pick-up the next day from 3 PM.
Do you still offer same day shipping?
The health, safety and wellbeing of our colleagues is our utmost priority and we have put in place measures, including a social distancing plan to protect individuals working in our warehouse, which may result in slower processing. Please take a possible 1 day delay into account.

How do I change my order?
Once you have confirmed your order and made payment, we regret to advise that no changes can be made to the contents of the order. If you have selected the incorrect products, please review our returns procedures.
How do I cancel my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email. However, you can refuse the delivery when the package is already on its way.
How do I change my delivery address?
When you inserted the wrong address, the parcel will most probably be returned to us. In some cases it is still possible to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service.
How do I place an order?
Anyone can place an order at CROP! If you are having difficulties, please contact our customer service.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation yet?
Sometimes order confirmations are delayed. If you have not received an order confirmation after 1 hour and it is not in your spam folder, please contact our customer service.

The product I want to buy has increased in price. What now?
Sadly, we're not able to adjust prices, offer a refund or credit for the difference in price.
What does the stock status ''In stock'' mean?
Please note that custom made products have longer delivery times.
What does the stock status ''Temporarily out of stock'' mean?
Once the stock arrives, the product will be available in our shop.
What does the stock status ''On order'' mean?
The date shown is an indication.

How can I change my invoice?
Send us an email and clearly state your order number and what you would like to change. This is possible up to 30 days after invoice date. You will receive an adjusted invoice by email.
